Class Gift Scholarship Information
Since 1996, graduating seniors have made it a tradition to support the Class Gift Fund, one of the largest scholarship funds at NEIU. Do you believe you are the next lucky recipient of the Class Gift Scholarship? We are currently awarding four student scholarships a year at $400 per award.
The Robertson Family Education Enrichment Award
The goal of the scholarship will be to support underprivileged students of Black/African American and Latinx/Hispanic race/ethnicity at Northeastern Illinois University who have demonstrated courageous resilience in his/her personal narrative. The award may be used to underwrite expenses of tuition, books, fees, or personal expenses.
The recipient(s) will participate in an alumni-mentoring opportunity during one full semester. The alumni/student mentoring partnership will include meeting with an NEIU graduate at least four times during the semester and work with the mentor on a final reflection assignment that summarizes the mentoring experience.
