Important Information for Low-contact Pickup
- Once items are available for pickup, an email will be sent to your @neiu.edu email address.
- If items are not picked up within two weeks from that notification, they will be returned to our shelves or to the lending library, and you will need to request them again.
- Bring your ID when you come to pick up these materials.
