NEIU For You launched in Spring 2021 and covered the cost of one year of tuition for first-year, full-time incoming freshmen. It is now expanding to support students financially through the first four years of a bachelor’s degree.

On Nov. 18, Northeastern Illinois University’s Board of Trustees approved the renewal and expansion of the NEIU For You scholarship! After an extensive national search, Northeastern Illinois University has named Kimberley Buster-Williams as its new Vice President for Enrollment Management. She will start on Jan. 3.

Northeastern’s University President gives a State of the University Address each year. This year’s Address is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26 and will take place both in person and via livestream! For the second year in a row, Northeastern Illinois University’s Golden Gala and Alumni Awards Ceremony is going virtual! Northeastern Illinois University is pleased to welcome its new Executive Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Shireen Roshanravan.
