The University Without Walls (UWW) is a degree completion program for adult students who have gained significant college level learning through career or other experiences. UWW recognizes learning that occurs outside of the traditional classroom. Students work with an academic advisor, a community advisor and the UWW advisor to design an individualized curriculum that leads to a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science.
If you are a self-directed learner and have a clear academic direction, the unique features of the UWW program provide a path to attaining a baccalaureate degree. Your program will:
- be self-directed and based on learning outcomes
- include an individualized curriculum
- provide alternatives to traditional classrooms
- provide involvement with University faculty
