Conveniently located in Village Square, we also serve as an extension of the University Box Office and can sell tickets to ticketed University events.

Tickets to NEIU performing arts concerts
Or you may purchase tickets in person at the Box Office. The Box Office will be open on performance nights as needed for ticket sales.
Discounted AMC movie tickets
Tickets are $9 each and limited to two (2) tickets per person (student, faculty or staff) per semester, if available.
Sold $0.49 per stamp or $9.80 for a book of 20.
Student, Staff and Faculty ID Cards
The first ID is free. Replacements are $10 for standard cards and $25 for residents of The Nest.
We have implemented a remote process for obtaining an ID card to limit in-person interactions.
Please complete the New ID Card Request Form to submit your information and receive an ID card via mail or to pick-up at the Welcome Desk.
For a replacement, please complete the Replacement ID Request Form. Please note that payment must be made via the Purchase Tickets link on the NEIU Box Office page before your Replacement ID Request Form will be processed.
Students who are unable to request an ID card remotely can visit the Welcome Desk in Village Square (across from the Bookstore) to have a photo taken and receive their NEIU ID on site during the hours listed above.
Locker Rental will not be available for the Fall 2020 Semester.
Lost and Found
We are currently unable to process any lost and found items. If any valuables are turned in to the Welcome Desk, they will be handed over to the NEIU Police.
The CTA and NEIU have partnered to offer a one-time opt out for the Fall 2020 Semester U-Pass Program. All full-time registered students will receive an email with a survey to choose to opt out, or remain active in the Fall 2020 Semester U-Pass Program. If you do not receive the survey via your NEIU email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Newly admitted students, or students who have not previously ordered a U-Pass card can obtain a new U-Pass card at the Welcome Desk, or by submitting a remote request via the New U-Pass Request Form.
Replacement U-Pass cards may also be requested remotely by completing the Replacement U-Pass Request Form. There is a $50 replacement fee for lost/stolen U-Pass Replacement. Payment can be made via the NEIU Box Office by following the purchase tickets link. Cash payments must be made in-person at the Welcome Desk.
