To provide with an engaged learning experience and maximize students’ benefits from internship positions, the College of Business and Management has designed the course MNGT 382 – Internship in Business.
In counsel with the instructor and under the guidance of an employer-specified supervisor, students will be able to:
- gain hands-on learning in one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management, Marketing or Operations Management;
- apply academic skills and knowledge from prior coursework to the internship job placement;
- appraise academic skills and knowledge based on experiences in the internship placement; and
- identify various career paths in Business.
