Milly Gardasevic

Starting my career journey in higher education under a grant-funded initiative, I've recently transitioned into a Grant Manager role at Evanston/Skokie District 65. In my current role, I collaborate with teachers and administrators to submit grant proposals, providing post-award support to Program Directors and Staff to ensure the timely and effective utilization of grant funds and the successful implementation of grant programs. With a Master's in Higher Education, I've been driven by a passion for promoting equity in education through grant initiatives. My degree in Sociology (B.A, 2018) has been instrumental in understanding the societal dynamics shaping educational disparities. This background has equipped me with a deep understanding of social inequities and the tools to address them through grant initiatives, fostering inclusive learning environments, and advancing educational equity.
