Seasonal Vaccine Appointment Requests
NEIU Student Health Services is offering seasonal vaccinations to the NEIU community!
Registered NEIU students without health insurance can receive the flu vaccine at no cost. All other vaccines require health insurance. NEIU faculty, staff, and other affiliates must have health insurance to receive any vaccines. No co-pay is required.
A list of available weeks to request an appointment is provided on the bottom of the page.
How to Request an Appointment
- Select your preferred week from the available options below.
- You will be directed to NEIU Campus Connects, where you can select your preferred date and time and answer a few required questions. If you do not have a Campus Connects account, you will be prompted to create one.
- After submitting your request, Student Health Services will review it and send a confirmation email from health-services@neiu.edu once your appointment is approved.
Important Information About Appointment Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Student Health Services.
After submitting your request, Campus Connects will automatically display a message stating that you have been "registered" for the event. This is a default system message and does not mean your appointment has been confirmed.
