Prior to joining NEIU, he worked in nursing at a major teaching hospital and later in consulting at a large IT firm. Outside of work, David is an Australian Rules football fan and a dedicated supporter of the North Melbourne Kangaroos. |

He holds a B.S. in Nursing and has 40 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including roles in nursing, clinical informatics, and operations management. Erwin also loves visiting national parks and makes it a goal to visit at least one each year! |

Viviana Ferral, AASMedical Office Assistant About Viviana: Viviana joined NEIU Student Health Services in 2025 and transitioned into her current full-time role after working in Health Education. She holds an A.A.S. in Cybersecurity and certificates in cybersecurity and project management. Her experience includes digital forensics, risk management, IT, and project management. Viviana is also a proud dog mom to Minnie and Daisy! |

Aidon is also a lifelong martial artist and animal lover! |
