Here are instructions on how to use CampusLabs Baseline:
Log On
Check to ensure you can log on. Access Baseline via neiu.campuslabs.com. Log on information is the same as your Northeastern username and password. If you have trouble accessing the site, please contact the assessment committee at the following email address: studentaffairsassessment@neiu.edu.
Some Important Features
- Community – This function helps you search for assessment instruments by function/department (e.g., advising) and program or service (e.g., peer leader training and writing tutoring). The tab can be found in the top navigation bar.
- Request a Project - This tool will guide you through initiating the request, schedule, type of administration, etc. of an instrument. This tab is accessible on the left side of the Baseline home page.
- Baseline Contact – We have a team of support ready to assist us. If you have functional issues, then please contact the Baseline support team. This information is accessible on the left side of the of the Baseline home page.
