A $15 fee will be assessed for each returned check received by the University. After two occurrences, the student will be precluded from making a payment by check for the next two years (three years after the third occurrence). The student has a right to appeal the length of time with the Bursar. Students who pay for their classes with a check that is returned due to insufficient funds will also be liable for all tuition/fee charges and will receive grades unless they drop their courses by the appropriate refund or drop/withdrawal dates.
