Student Organizations
Northeastern Illinois University currently has over 70 chartered student organizations. These organizations range in interest and activity, from cultural to academic or pre-professional, media, Greek-letter, and many more. The Office of Student Leadership Development is responsible for training, the continued program planning and success of these student organizations. If you are interested in club sports or intramural clubs, contact the Campus Recreation Office where those particular clubs are chartered and housed. With many chartered student organizations on campus representing a wide range of interests, you should have little trouble finding a group whose activities meet your needs. If you cannot find an organization in your area of interest and you think others on campus share your interest, stop by the Office of Student Leadership Development to find out how to start an organization.
All NEIU student organizations are open to all students regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, race, national origin, or any other protected basis.
