How to Apply

Applications for student housing at The Nest for the 2026–2027 academic year will be available soon through eRezLife, Northeastern Illinois University’s housing application and management system. Once the application opens, students will be able to complete their housing application and submit the required information directly through the eRezLife portal. Housing at The Nest is limited, so students are encouraged to apply as soon as the application becomes available.
