Northeastern Illinois University announced that beginning next year, Juneteenth will be officially observed as a University holiday. Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced on March 19 that starting in August 2021, all Illinois public universities will become part of the Common Application (Common App). Additionally, the Andrew W.
