Finding Funding

There are internal and external sources of funding for research. The Office of Research and Sponsored Projects (ORSP) can help you find the funding source that is right for you and your project. 

ORSP Funding Support

ORSP works with Northeastern faculty and staff to identify potential funding opportunities for research and programmatic interests. If you are interested in learning more about ORSP support in seeking funding opportunities for your research, please email research@neiu.edu for more information. 

Grants.gov

Grants.gov is the clearinghouse for federal grant announcements. The majority of the announcements are posted not more than 30 days prior to the deadline - the minimum time required by law.
