11:00 a.m. | Coffee & Crafts: Paint and Sip at El Centro

Join us at NEIU El Centro for a relaxing morning of creativity and community! Alumni and friends are invited to unwind with a guided paint and sip experience featuring coffee, pastries, and all the art supplies you need to create your own masterpiece. We will be providing glass cups with straws and some inspiration examples to get the ball rolling. No artistic experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and connect with fellow alumni while enjoying a fun, hands-on activity. Space is limited, so be sure to register early!

7:00 p.m. | Greek Life Alumni Reunion 

Join us as we bring together alumni from all NEIU Greek Life organizations at Garage Smokehouse in Berwyn, IL. Whether you graduated recently or decades ago, we'd love to see you there!

Admission is FREE! Each guest will cover their own food and drinks. 

New Graduates (December 2025/May 2026): Contact the Office of Student Leadership and Development at sld@neiu.edu for your New Gradate Voucher. Alumni Relations will cover up to $20 toward your food (cash bar for beverages).

The College of Arts and Sciences is delighted to invite our alumni, students, staff, and faculty to NEIU night at the Chicago Sky game on Thursday, September 17 at 7:00 p.m.

We will have a blast cheering on Chicago’s most-recent championship team and enjoying our NEIU community!

Tickets are free and transportation via bus will be available from NEIU.

For those who are able, we do suggest a donation of $30 (or more!) per ticket to support our College Undergraduate Scholars Program (CUSP). Our CUSP fund supports student research and creative activities in the College of Arts and Sciences, which are instrumental in preparing our students for post-graduate success.

Put your NEIU knowledge to the test! Plus, some trivia questions about the city of Chicago! Join the Alumni Relations team for a fun, interactive evening of brain-teaching trivia questions. Food and beverages will be served.

Pre-registration is required for this event. This event is free to all. 

6:00 p.m. | Golden Eagle Glow Run

Join us for a short run or walk around main campus at dusk with glow lights! We’ll have an inflatable obstacle course to end the run/walk along with lawn games for you to play and hang out! We encourage you to join us at 6pm to decorate your shirts with glow markers before the run/walk starts.
