Welcome to the NEIU Adventure Program

The NEIU Adventure Program is focused on providing Northeastern students and the greater Chicago community with a variety of adventure-based programming. The NEIU Adventure Program has a vast selection of experiences that can be tailored to any individual or group needs. The programs that we offer include rock climbing, bouldering wall and an indoor high ropes course.

Our indoor rock climbing and bouldering wall is now open!

Located in the Auxiliary Gym of the Physical Education Complex, our climbing wall is 30 feet tall with five different climbing entries and a bouldering wall with more than 30 horizontal feet of climbing space. The walls have multiple routes ranging from the complete beginner to the experienced climber. No matter what you choose, our friendly climbing staff is here to help introduce you to this growing sport in a safe and comfortable environment.

All equipment is free and provided by Northeastern. Wear athletic clothes and gym shoes for an educational and fun climbing experience. “Climb on!”

Open climb hours

Monday: 6:00-9:00 p.m.
