Thursday, 4/28/22 (11am-5pm) in the NEIU Auditorium.  This is NEIU student publication, Que Ondee Sola's 50th Anniversary celebration.  Your attendance and your help in supporting this event is greatly appreciated. 

Student readings and Latino And Native American Film Festival Screenings

11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. 

Join members of NEIU's Student Media as they read their pieces of creative writing, poetry and more! WZRD will be streaming as a slideshow of students' visual pieces are presented. There will also be a screening of films from the Latino and Native American Film Festival.

Keynote speaker: Dr. Carlos Torre

1:30-2:30 p.m. 

Dr. Carlos Torre is an original co-founder of NEIU's Latinx publication Que Ondee Sola. Torre will discuss the importance of student media.

Student Media Board Election Ratification and Association of College Press Awards

2:30 p.m.-3 p.m.

3-4 p.m. 

After Party
