Ana-Cristina (AC) Medal is a student-centered Higher Education Professional with six years of experience in career development, enrollment management, pre-law advising, and admissions. Her career started as a Career Counselor and Pre-Law Advisor at the University of Vermont Career Center where she counseled countless undergraduate and graduate students into successful career outcomes. Currently, she works at the University of Tampa as a Career Coach for Internship Programs. She graduated twice from Florida International University with a M.S. in Higher Education Administration in 2016 and a B.A. in International Relations in 2014. As a first-generation Latina, AC thrives in building community with others and focuses on centering historically excluded voices in higher education and beyond.
