The Management minor is designed to develop a basic understanding of planning and organizing the collection of activities, and the organizational infrastructure, capital and human resources involved in business processes. Student will also learn the basics of how to staff, lead and control these processes to achieve an organizational goal.
The Management minor complements a variety of bachelor’s degrees, such as Marketing, Human Resource Development and Finance.
