Background 

Crystal has over 10 years experience working with children, adolescence and adults from diverse backgrounds. She has extensive experience working within the mental health setting. For 9 years she has worked in various departments within the inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. Crystal seeks to encourage the development of social work professionals as she believes that this field with its many facets and ever changing dynamics is a wonderful journey to embark upon.
