Dr. Masini joined the IR team January, 2009. He earned his doctorate in developmental psychology at Loyola University Chicago and has accrued 15 years of experience as a social scientist, ranging from K-12 education research, market research, and health research and administration. At NEIU he oversees the reporting and surveying operations, works with administrators and faculty to develop procedures to evaluate institutional effectiveness, and collaborates with the faculty assessment specialist on program level assessment of student learning.
