How to Apply for Services?

1. Complete a TRIO Application:

  a. Obtain an application from TRIO Office (Library - LIB 412)

  b. Download an application - click here

  c. Fill out an application online and print - click here

2. Send your application:

  a. Deliver to room LIB-412 (Library 4th floor)

  b. Send to:

        Northeastern Illinois University
        TRIO Student Support Services
        5500 North St. Louis Avenue
        Chicago, Illinois 60625-4699

3. Schedule an interview:
