Spring 2012 Refund

from 1:00 P.M.
to 6:30 P.M. in Alumni Hall ONLY.
Begins
Thursday 02/09/2012 all checks will be distributed in Student Loan Department
D-101C at
regular office hours.
Please go to NEIUport and select Current Student tab and click on
Spring 2012
term locates in "My Account" and find out if you have "Student Refund"
due to you.
Notes:
All student refund checks will automatically mailed to the address on
file after 21 days from the date of the check if there is no outstanding
balance in student accounts.
Students must notified Enrollment
Services Office of any address and name changes.
Taking advantage of ELECTRONIC
REFUNDING in just a few steps:
Access NEIUport at
http://neiuport.neiu.edu and log into your portal account in the
Current Student tab. Select: Payment/Refund at the bottom of
the Registration Tools channel; Here you will find a link for the
tip sheet and a link to online payment and refund pages where you can
set up your electronic refund.

From 01/30/2012 - 02/17/2012 NO Emergency Loan
applications available due to refund distribution. Applications will
again be available starting Monday 02/20/2012.
