As you may have already guessed, this is my music page. It is also my final project. As such, I will try to make this site as professional looking as possible. This site also complies as close to the accesibility guidelines as possible. Validation might be done in the later stages of the project. This project will present to you information on five different genres and will attempt to explain each of their origins, the charactaristics that make the genre what it is, and some popular artists of the genre. There will be music clips accompanying the description so that you can enjoy listening along as you read.About Me
Well I go to Northeastern Illinois University majoring in Computer Science. The reason I chose music for my final project is because I have experience making and producing music. Although that sounds all corporate, I only make and produce music in a level under independent labels. Some people say that the music I make should be played on the radio even though I really have no plans on going mainstream. Although I have one genre that I like the most, I can appreciate good music from all kinds of genres. The fact that I make music makes me appreciate it more because now I know how much work is involved, and it's a lot.
