A good fitness routine is very helpful in achieving
the maximize results. You could choose any routine you feel comfortable
with. However, a normal fitness routine should consist of the following:
Stretching
Streching is the most important part of the workout.
In lue of stretching it is a good time for you to meditate on your exercise
routine and think about things you would like to accomplish for the day.
Warm-up
A warm-up does not have to consist of a separate
routine. You could warm-up as you do certain exercises such as running
on the treadmill, cycling and using various machines. A Warm-up is
five to ten minutes slow start before you get into a rigorous workout.
Cardio
What is cardio? Cardio is any form of exercise
that allows you to get your heart rate up and moving so you can burn fat.
Cardio also allows you to keep your matabolism at a high rate so you don't
feel sluggish, weak or tired throughout the day.
Weight
Training
Many women do not realize that weight training
is an ultimate part of your work. Forget about any myths you heard
about weight lifting(i.e., body would look bulky, weight lifting is for
men and etc.) All is has presumed to be untrue. If you weight train
and do cardio your body will burn twice as much fat calories. In
addition, you tone your body into really nice shape.
