Click the “What is my password?” Button.

Enter the answers you supplied when you first set up your password and click the Login button.
Click the Reset Your Password Link.
If you didn’t setup any answers for password changes, you must contact the NEIUport HelpDesk at 773-442-4357.

• If this is the first time you are using NEIUport, continue reading.
• If you didn’t setup the answers to your Authentication questions (as described in Step 6 of the previous section) you may have to contact the NEIUport HelpDesk at 773-442-4357.

Enter a new password based on the criteria below and click the Change Password button.
If you receive an error messages regarding Policy Violation, please review the criteria recommendations.
You must enter your username (NetID) in order to change your password.
