My NEIU
After you log in, you will be at the My Institution page. It is here that you will find a list of the courses you have been enrolled in. To access a course, click on the name of your online course under the ‘My Courses” section.
Any courses that you are enrolled in and have a Blackboard course associated with them will be accessible here
Your instructor may have posted additional instructions under the “My Announcements” section. Please meet with your instructors for further directions.
You may change the view of this section by clicking on the “pencil” icon.
Students have the option to adjust the view of how their courses and announcements are displayed by clicking on the “pencil” icon located in the top right-hand corner of each section. 
You may choose to hide or show your courses, announcements, tasks, or calendar entries for each of your Blackboard courses.
When finished, click on the Submit button found at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
Please note that if you choose to hide your course, you are still enrolled in it. If you wish to un-enroll from a blackboard course, you must drop that course.

Why you may not be able to see your course on Blackboard
In order for you to see your course on Blackboard, the instructor must first make it available. If you have registered for a course but you do not see it on Blackboard, contact your instructor to see if the course has been made available for students to view.
