When enforcing "Compact Car" stalls, we use Federal Government Regulation (40 CFR 600.315-82), interior combined passenger and cargo volume index which defines a compact car as being between 100.0 and 109.9 cubic feet. The information we use for finding a car's EPA interior volume is at the U.S. Government website www.fueleconomy.gov.
