While we are happy to offer you the convenience of chat and IM reference, please remember that in-depth research questions are best answered in person or on the phone. Chat and IM should be used for brief, factual questions.

Also, priority will be given to people who visit the Reference Desk in person. If using the phone, instant messaging, or AskAway, you may experience a brief wait if our librarians are helping other people
