The Reference Department at the Ronald Williams Library offers e-mail reference service to support the information and research needs of current students, faculty and staff of Northeastern Illinois University. If you are not affiliated with NEIU but have an inquiry about a resource unique to this library, please contact the Reference Desk at (773) 442-4410 or Ext. 4410.

We can answer questions requiring brief facts, information about Library holdings and services, and assistance with book or journal citations. We can also provide assistance in the selection and use of specific information resources. If detailed or extensive research is required, a Library visit or appointment with a reference librarian may be suggested.

We will attempt to respond to your question within two working days. All responses will be made via e-mail.
