Servers and Domains. Provide support for applications and services
running on Windows NT/2000/2003 platform. This includes Internet
Information Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange
2003, Oracle, Webboard, Heat for Help Desks, MRTG, and others.
Responsible for backup and restore procedures for Windows NT/2000
Servers. Research and implement new technologies on Windows
NT/2000. Most recently working on Dell Storage Area Network
testing and Windows 2000 Migration planning. Currently certified
as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and CompTIA Network+. |

Responsible for software and platforms for Internet-based services: e-mail,
name servers, web servers, and webmail; as well as Unix/Linux-based database
servers and the Unix/Linux operating environment. Currently working on
implementing webmail service, streamlining Internet services, developing
Linux awareness, and consolidating Unix backups. Also responsible for
planning redundancy of Internet services, project planning for new
e-mail/web services, evaluating Listproc alternatives, Yoda services,
and Sun OS support for firewall.
