  • Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (BAIS)

BAIS is a credit-based, alternative, self-paced program designed to meet the undergraduate educational needs of experienced adults in a manner compatible with career and family responsibilities. Approximately 2,000 returning adult students are enrolled in BAIS.
  • University Without Walls Program (UWW)

UWW is a competency-based degree program that leads to a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree.  It was created to assist adult learners in designing and completing an approved individualized curriculum.  There are about 50 students enrolled in the UWW Program.

These regionally accredited undergraduate degrees are offered in a manner compatible with the educational needs and lifestyles of adult students. The programs are individualized and flexible and recognize that adults may have attended a variety of educational institutions. Both programs accept transfer of passing course work taken at other regionally accredited colleges and universities.
