For example:

• Training to become a pilates instructor.
• Do yoga and gyrokinesis once a week each.
• Walk every day for about an hour, rain, snow, or shine.
• Participated in 3 half-marathons. I usually walk them but did run for 7 miles the last one.
• Trained for a triathalon but never did it (conflict with travel).
  I may need to buy a new road bike and register for my 1st ever triathalon.
• While in Benin, West Africa, 2003-2004, I've taken tennis lessons and played 3-4 times a week until I tore a ligament...:(

• Tae-Kwon-Do

  I obtained my 1st degree (1st dan) black belt in Aug. 2003. I would like to learn Krav maga

• Ice Skating

  I was pretty involved in this recreational sport with my whole family. We participated in local and national competitions and were even instrumental in making the Skokie Team 7th (1990) and then 1st (1991) in the country.

• Swimming

  This is my best meditation time. Great sport. I used to swim once or twice a week. Now it's rare.

• Scuba diving

  	Took the open water course in 1997 and did my first 4 dives in Pearl Lake Wisconsin
  .	In July '98 I dove in the Red Sea and obtained my advanced certification.

• Hula-hoop, folk and swing dancing and rope jumping etc...

  This is just a lot of fun...

• Running and walking

  I run or walk with my dog everyday. One day I hope to participate in a marathon. I trained for the 3-day walk by Avon-breast cancer early detection campaign in 2000 and 2001, and 2002. I crewed the Colorado Walk in 2002 and am crewing the 2003 walk in Chicago. I walk 10-50 miles per week and was ready by June for the 60 miles walk from Kenosha to Chicago. The Botanic garden is one of my favorite places for this.

In July 2001 I walked in Holland for 4 days 30 k a day around the city of Nijmigen. In 2002 I walked 31 km around the city of Apeldorn in Holland in one very rainy day. I walked with Shiela, my friend, a 1/2 marathon in June 2002 in Chicago in exactly 3 hours and had to run only the last mile. This was a record for me/us.
