Research Activities

UPrimary Research

My current research is grounded in Geographic Information Science and explores the complex nature of alluvial fan evolution through space and over time. Inherent in this research is a strong field component that combines field mapping, ground truthing, relative age dating, and absolute age dating techniques.

USecondary Research

My secondary research concentrates on hydrological modeling with special emphasis on floodplain inundation modeling and in studying the areas prone to these hazardous events.
