4. About 10-items down on the page is a course entitled: "Online
Academy"
5. Enroll in the course.
6. Note: Within each of these sections are
self contained modules that students are able to complete online
without the interaction of an instructor.
7. About the "Online Academy": The Online
Academy content includes three sections: Positive Behavior Support,
Reading, and Technology.
Within each of these sections are self contained modules that
students are able to complete online without the interaction of an
instructor. The Online Academy develops web-based modules and other
technology innovations for moving validated educational interventions
from research to practice.
The resources are designed to empower teacher educators in
the areas of Reading, Technology, and Positive Behavioral Support. The
Online Academy, at the University of Kansas, is funded by the Office of
Special Education Programs in the U.S. Department of Education to
support preservice teacher education programs nationwide.
