v Write a
definition of the concept of
drainage basin.
v Using
a topographic map, select any point on a stream and outline the
drainage
basin for that point.
v
Use
the dot-grid method to find a map area.
v Write in your own words a description
of the meaning of Effective Uniform Depth (EUD).
v Use the arithmetic mean method and the
Thiessen method to calculate EUD of precipitation for an area.
v Explain
what is required in Homework
Assignment #2, due one week from today.
v Explain what you will need to be able
to do on Quiz #1, which will be held on Wednesday of this week.
