By the end of today's class, you should be able to do the following:

WEATHER FORECASTING

Examine the weather maps we have been collecting, and based on what you see there, answer the questions on the attached worksheet.  Each person should collect their own data for this exercise, but the final question should be answered with a group. 

Explain the weather patterns you identified today, using the concepts of high and low pressure zones, warm and cold fronts, and precipitation, and wind directions.

HOMEWORK #9: Presentations on your "Rock Your State" area of geological interest are due on Thursday!
