Explain what the crystal size of a rock reveals

Tell what major
group of minerals composes most igneous rocks,
and list specific minerals found in felsic,
intermediate, and mafic rocks.
Tell which types of
igneous rocks compose the bulk of continental
and oceanic lithospheric plates.
Using hand samples of igneous rocks, demonstrate
that you can use crystal size (texture) and
mineralogic composition to
arrive at a rock
