The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) Studies Minor at Northeastern Illinois University The LGBTQ Studies Minor at NEIU offers an interdisciplinary approach to studying the lives, histories and cultures of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities and allies. Courses in history, culture, health, politics, justice, education, literature and the arts reflect a commitment to understanding and representing the contributions of LGBTQ individuals and communities.
