The second component of the Real Life Issues Curriculum Infusion, Seamless Fit, consists of three elements:
- Preparing future teachers to seamlessly incorporate the real life issues into classes across the curriculum consistent with state goals and learning standards and social/emotional learning objectives.
- Implementing these lessons in accordance with superior instructional design which involves students as active learners, and
- Referring students to responsible school and community professionals when necessary.
