Supervision Workshop
This one day workshop will present a developmental perspective of clinical supervision with both student interns and neophyte clinicians. Issues of isomorphic and parallel processes, developmental stages of both clinicians and supervisors, and supervisory processes will be covered. New research and practice related to developing counselor competency and self-efficacy will be presented. This workshop is for the already practicing supervisor as well as those who are interested in developing supervision as a specialty.
