Requirements for Admission to the Program

Students must fulfill the following requirements for admission to the Graduate College:

 
1.  A demonstrated interest in the Human Resource Development field and/or
     prior employment in HRD, teaching, or a related field;
2.  A minimum overall undergraduate grade point average of 2.75 or.
     better; 
3. Two letters of recommendation from professors, employers, or.
    supervisors which provide evidence of the applicant's qualifications. 
    Individuals who fail to satisfy the first requirement will be asked to 
    complete undergraduate course work in Human Resource Development 
    prior to admission. The courses to be taken will be determined by the 
    program advisor and will be based on a review of the individual's 
    academic record and related work experience.
Contacting an Advisor
Once a student has enrolled in the program, the student will receive a letter stating the name of their advisor.  This letter also informs the student to contact their advisor to develop a plan of study.
