offers both:. ~ a major accompanying an undergraduate (BA) degree ~ a graduate Masters (MA) degree These degrees help to prepare students for careers that improve human performance in organizations by building skills such as: -- analyzing the performance needs of organizations . -- helping to facilitate change in organizations through interventions that increase competencies, communication, and motivation -- designing, delivering, and managing instruction and performance . support for adults -- assessing and evaluating the impact of performance interventions .
