The messages mentioned in some of the answers should be typed on the first
line of the message section and should be sent to:
majordomo@tdkcs.waterloo.on.ca
Anything written in the 'Subject:' line will be ignored by the majordomo
server.

Q. VACATION: I'm going away for a few days and don't want the messages
to clog up my mailbox. What should I do?
A. Send the message:

Q. HOME AGAIN: I'm back. How do I start receiving messages from the
list again?

Q. ADDRESS VARIATIONS: My server sometimes gives me variations of the
host node portion of the address. Will that be a problem?
A. It could be. If you are getting messages you send to the list bounced
back, send a copy of one of the bounce messages to:
lthrn-l-admin@tdkcs.waterloo.on.ca
and we'll see what we can do. If your mail is not being delivered
because of a permanent change, you'll be unsubscribed and will have
to subscribe under the new address.

Q. FULL MAIL BOX: Will my full mailbox be a problem?
A. Yes, it will. The returned messages will cause you to be put on
'digest' mode or unsubscribed entirely.
The best thing to do is to use the unsubscribe option (above) and
resume when you are able to get to the mail regularly.

Q. YIKES! NOTHING WORKS!: I've done it all according to the FAQ, but
nothing seems to work. Where do I get HELP?
A. Write a message explaining the situation and, if possible, forward
the correspondence you sent to and received from majordomo to one
of the Administrators or to: lthrn-l-admin@tdkcs.waterloo.on.ca
