Project Director, University of Ulster, research on attitudes to each other held by Protestants and Catholics in Northern Ireland.

Project on the problems relating to the recruitment to and wastage from the nursing profession in Northern Ireland.

Extensive experience in directing research students for the M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees both on the USA and UK.
