TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR LAB ATTENDANCE, USE THE STUDENT LOG.

When using the Language Lab, you should LOGIN and LOGOUT to let your instructor) know you came if your isntructor wishes to have an attendance report of your vists. You will need your Student ID Number and the Course Reference Number for each of the Foreign Language classes you are taking. You can look up CRNs in NEIUport, or in the current Schedule of Classes.

  1. Double click the "STUDENT LOG" icon on any computer in the Language Lab.

Wait for the blue and red screen to appear.

  2. Type in your Student ID Number and Course Reference Number and press the ENTER key. The dashes appear automatically as you type.

If you don't know your Student ID Number look at your Student ID Card.

Students should type 3 or 4 leading zeros to make 9 digits as it appears on Class Lists within NEIUport.

You can also find your Student ID on your tuition bill/class schedule printout from  NEIUport.

The first nine digits are the Student ID Number (with the leading zeros) and the last five digits are the Course Reference Number making up a login number that is fifteen digits long.
