Language Learning Laboratory History The original lab (pictured right) was located in Building A, Room 133. When the Department of World Languages & Cultures needed technology upgrades, and a larger multifunctional space for classroom teaching and independent learning, the current lab (pictured left) opened in 2007. Digital recording, communication and classroom management software have replaced the hard-wired intercom and tape decks of the past. The Dell Optiplex GX620 computers from 2006 were replaced with iMacs in 2011. |
