TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR LAB ATTENDANCE, USE THE STUDENT LOG.

When using the Language Lab, you should LOGIN and LOGOUT to let your instructor) know you came. You will need your Student ID Number and the Course Reference Number for each of the Foreign Language classes you are taking. You can look up courses on the list on this website or in the current Schedule of Classes.
Double click the "STUDENT LOG"
icon on any computer in the Language Lab.

Wait for the blue and red screen to appear.

Type in your Student ID Number and Course
Reference Number and press the ENTER key. The dashes appear automatically as
you type.

If you don't know your
Student ID Number look at your Student ID Card. You can also find your
Student ID on your |
The first six digits are the Student ID
Number (without the leading zero) and the last five digits are the Course
Reference Number making up a login number that is eleven digits long.
EXAMPLE: 123456-12345

To log in, select "LOGIN" on
the menu with the arrow keys, and press the ENTER key.

If you get an error message "Not one of the possible values for this field."
instead of this screen, it means you were not on the class list during the
last Student Log program update from TTRS.
This often occurs when students add or drop classes during the Change of
Registration period the beginning of each semester. The Student Log is updated
the first day of the semester and after the last day to add classes. See the
lab staff for assistance if you cannot login..
When leaving the lab, REPEAT
STEPS #1 THROUGH #4, but select “LOGOUT” with the arrow keys and press the
ENTER key.

If you need an printed
attendance report for that day, select “PRINT” and press the ENTER key. If
not, just select “CANCEL” and press the ENTER key.

If you selected the "PRINT" option, remember to pick up your attendance report
from the printer.
Attach it to your lab assignment
if you are directed to do so by your instructor.
Your instructor will receive a list of all attendance dates and times by all students in each class during the semester. Remember to LOGIN and LOGOUT every time you visit the Language Lab to do work for your class.
