The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL)

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), located in the Ronald Williams Library Room 312, offers support for both full-time and part-time faculty who want to refine their teaching skills, experiment with new instructional formats, and learn about the application of educational technologies in their classes. The Center provides workshops, educational software training, resources, and individual consultations for faculty members requesting our services.

Faculty support in the areas of teaching English language learners and writing assignments across the curriculum is provided. The CTL website contains information on workshops that are offered each semester. Links to various tips for faculty related to writing are also available at http://www.neiu.edu/~ctl/teaching.html.
